Well.. today i went to college early in the morning just to participate in the MAICSA student convention..We paid RM10 to participate in it.. They gave us a MAICSA t-shirt, a file and some materials for the convention. We are also provided with 2 tea break and 1 lunch free.. Hehe..
The convention is quite fun as there are indoor and outdoor sessions where they invited the MAICSA toastmaster to provide games for us as well as a talk about effective communication. Although we came out last during the outdoor games.. -.- Nevertheless, we still enjoyed ourselves very much! Hehe.. The got stuck on the 2nd game where 4 team member are suppose to answer some qustions which are taught to advanced diploma students.. Haih.. We are suppose to have seniors and juniors together.. But there are some problems dividing us into group.. So in the end, we chose our own team members and ended up all juniors.. That why we can't answer the questions.
I also enjoyes the talk given by Mr Philip, CEO of MAICSA. His talk is interesting and won't make us feel bored. Mr Vincent for toastmaster of MAICSA gives a talk on effective communication.. He is also very humourous while trying to demonstrate to us about the use of tone.. It is really very funny when he said "I love u" in 3 different tones.. Hahaha... Overall, i enjoyed the whole event.
I do not intent to take up ICSA. But I decided to join the convention because they said games would be provided.. And the lecture and tutorials are all canceled.. So i though, why not go and participate instead of wasting time at home.. And i did not regret my decision.. Hehe..
I'll be going to Penang tomorrow, so there wont be any updates after Christmas! ^.^ Sayonara!
