My room got a new bedroom set! For those who has been in my room before, you would know that the previous bedroom set is very old which is used by my mom and dad when they got married. So last week, we went to hunt for a new set. The new set has a very big cupboard. Nice.. Now I can buy more clothes to fill it up.. Hahaha..
Anyway, I don't really like the attitude of the employees. When we were making the purchase, we already ask the saleman whether they are able to throw away the old bedroom set for us and he said ok. But when the 2 workers who are responsible to move in the new set for us came, they refused to moved the old furniture out as they said it is too big and too many. They even ask us for extra money in order to help us to move. Then we called the company and spend for about 30 minutes before the salesman settle the problem with the workers. Duh.. Wasted our time..
And that is not all.. When new furniture which they moved in were spoiled.. We ended up only having a dressing table by the end of the day. The rest of it were sent back to the company.. Grrrrr.. Then, we called the salesman to ask when are they going to deliver the rest of the furniture in and he said tomorrow, which is last Sunday. And guess what time the furniture came? At about 6pm! Freaking wasted our whole day waiting for the furniture. What kind of company is this? This type of customer service. And I swear that I would never again buy anything from that shop ever again.
And yesterday, they assembled everything except for the handle of the bedside table.. *sweat* They said they are ordering the goods and it has not been sent to the factory yet. WTF? We freaking give them a whole week to prepare for the good you know? Argh... And the attitude of the workers! *smack head* I would rather not talk about it.. Seriously, this is the last time I am stepping foot in that company ever again.
