Today, I went to JPN to redo my IC. Guess what?! I have to pay RM1oo for the fine and RM10 to do the IC. Why you may ask? Because the 1st time I lost my IC, my house is broken into my thief. He took my wallet with him also.. That is during my 1st year in TARC. Therefore, they COUNTED that as I MISPLACED it once! Then today, when I really misplaced the IC, I have to pay for that one is well which is actually RM210. But, the officer said that since I'm still a student, I'm given 50% discount. *roll eye* Hello? When my house was broken into, I didn't intentionally ask him to stel my wallet ok? So why must I be fined for that?!~ If I really misplaced it, then I have nothing to say.. But this? Its too RIDICULOUS! Its like you are blaming us "the victims" for being targeted. Who in their right mind would want to lose their wallet? You think it's very fun is it? Going here and there to get everything done. And I really do not understand why must the citizens be fined when they lost their IC? Why can't we just pay for the fees only? Arghhhh.. So fed up.

The second thing today is I went to Maybank to get my atm card done. Fortunately I didn't wait there like an idiot for an hour to be told that I cannot redo my atm card there because I didn't have the IC. They don't accept temporary IC except if I go back to my hometown where I apply for the atm card branch. Ugghhh... So complicated. Why not make things easier? Temporary IC is not IC is it? Then what for the JPN issue me with the temporary IC? To place in my wallet for decoration purpose? Stupid bank.

And when I went to Public Bank, they told me I have to get the bank book in order to get a new atm card. Hello? My bank book is in my hometown. My dad is keeping it in order to bank in money to me! What you need to very some more? Duh? And as I said, TEMPORARY IC is NOT IC ar? DUH! Ahh!! And this reminds me. When I went to P[ublic Bank to open an account, the customer service in PBB told me I have to bring my passport in order to do it. And when I told my dad we had to go back home and take my passport, my dad flared up and go scold the person. He said " Why do we need a apassport in order to open a bank account? If we do not have a passport, then do we have to spend RM300 to make a passport and come bank just to open a bank account? And the eprson just sit there and stare blankly at my dad.. -.-" Then she went upstairs and ask the manager I think, and then said we can use the IC to open the account. Duh!

These people really need to use their brain in order to develop these procedures. Procedures are dead! Men are alive! Men develop these procedures! Therefore, men can change them. And I do hope that during the next general elections, The Pakatan Rakyat would topple BN and create a new government. Its time to let those stupid people up there to try and live as a normal citizen! No more privileges for them! Let some new blood into out political system! If we can vote you in, we are able to VOTE YOU OUT also. Do remember you are a government servant. You are suppose to serve the people and NOT the other way round! Don't think we are all stupid ok? We got BRAINS too.. We know what you are doing and your intentions in doing those things. And we won't be so easily fooled again!
